You can delete your Formed account and all associated data directly within the app:
1. Open the Formed app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
• Your account information (email, name)
• Workout history and training plans
• Nutrition logs and meal plans
• Weight tracking data and body measurements
• Progress photos
• Coach conversation history
• Physique analysis results
• All preferences and settings
We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

Please include the email address associated with your Formed account. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.
