Formed is a fitness application that provides:
• Personalized training plans and workout programming.
• AI-powered fitness coaching and recommendations.
• Nutrition tracking and meal logging.
• Body composition analysis through photo uploads.
• Progress tracking including weight, measurements, and performance metrics.
Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion as we continue to improve the service.
IMPORTANT: Formed is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. The fitness plans, nutrition guidance, and coaching provided through the app are for informational and educational purposes only.
• Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program or making significant changes to your diet.
• If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse effects during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
• The coaching feature provides general fitness guidance and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• You are solely responsible for your health and safety while using the app.
• Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial that provides full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period.
• Auto-Renewal: After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan rate unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
As a user of Formed, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and logging data.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Use the app only for its intended purpose of personal fitness tracking and improvement.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
All content, features, and functionality of Formed — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and training methodologies — are the exclusive property of Formed and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Formed is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
• You violate these Terms of Service.
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Your use of the app poses a risk to other users or our systems.
You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
